This policy explains how HireScore (“we”) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, your role (job seeker, HR or agency) and, optionally, your company name. We may also collect basic, aggregated website analytics.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to contact you about HireScore early access and launch, and to understand interest in the product. We do not sell your data.

Verification data

Background verification itself will take place only after launch, with separate notice and your explicit consent to each check. That processing will be covered by a dedicated notice at the time.

Retention

We keep waitlist information until launch communications are complete or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by emailing hello@hirescore.in.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us.

We will update this page if our practices change and show the date above.
