Verify before you offer.
HireScore gives you a date-stamped, source-logged verification status on shortlisted candidates, so background checks stop delaying joining dates.
Background checks start when the clock is already running
Offer made, candidate resigns, verification begins, results arrive weeks later. A failed check then means restarting the search.
Late discovery
Issues surface after the offer, when every option is more expensive.
One-use reports
You pay for a report that is used once and filed away.
Hard to compare
Different vendors, different formats, different turnaround times.
From shortlist to confident offer

Questions from HR teams
What does an employer see on a candidate’s HireScore?
The ring, tier, hire-ready status and last-updated date by link. With the candidate’s agreement, you can unlock the full report with source-level detail and timestamps.
Can we add checks beyond the standard four?
Yes. Add-on checks such as address visits, structured references, professional licence verification and international checks can be requested per candidate.
How is this different from our current BGV vendor?
HireScore verification is completed before you ask, reusable for six months and candidate-owned, so you see a status the day a candidate applies rather than weeks after an offer.
Does HireScore make the hiring decision?
No. It reports what is verified. Your policy and your team decide what to do with the information.
Will it integrate with our ATS or HRMS?
An API for applicant tracking and HR systems is on the roadmap. Early-access employers can help shape it.
