Why we’re building HireScore

Every time someone changes jobs, they repeat the same background verification: the same documents, the same forms, the same wait. Employers pay for reports that are used once and filed away. We think verification should be done once, owned by the candidate, kept current and shareable.

What we believe

• Verification should be fast enough to happen before the offer, not after it.
• Candidates should own and control their verified record.
• Employers should see evidence with sources and dates, not assertions.
• A status describes what is verified; people make hiring decisions.
